Nigel, Thank you for this confirmation email. Nigel, what should have been a simple online transaction has turned into a ridiculous run-around. To order 1 copy of software has resulted in over 10 phone calls and at least 10 emails, not to mention the double-billing. After waiting 10 business days after ordering, I actually had to phone Diskeeper myself who told me they never even received my order! Another one of those phone calls was when you called me and woke me up at 7:45 in the morning to confirm some trivial detail. Then you sent me a paper invoice after I had already provided my credit card details when I ordered online! Of course, this resulted in another 10 minute phone call to you. Is anything about this even remotely acceptable? Wait. Don't answer that question. Because I have simply had enough. I do not ever want to hear from you or CDW again for the rest of my life. Consider my business relationship with your company to be permanently terminated. Lest you think I am ranting, please try to see it from my perspective. I wanted to go online, click, pay, and get my software. Instead, I am still answering your phone calls and emails 2 months later. I have probably spent over 5 hours of my life dealing with your phone calls and emails, ALL TO ORDER *ONE* PIECE OF SOFTWARE. This is absolute incompetence on the part of CDW and Diskeeper. I really don't want your apologies, I don't want to answer any more of your questions. I have my stupid software, and I have paid in full for it.
